first of ALL there is No Warm Springs Wonder condos ! the prperty is named the International Village @ Warm Springs so not only did none of the Locals even know what We were talking about or where it was neither did the Taxi Services and Limo Service this was very very upsetting and frustrating ! too say the least ! then when we finally did figure put the location We had trouble finding the condo as its way way in the back of the complex /then on top of all that the Access Code did not work and after spending adn wasting alot of time we finally got in using the lock box ! that the Vasca Property provide the ACTUAL name of the property ! which is the International Village @ Warm Springs and provide accurate and detailed directions too the unit ! and provide the Lock Box access # in case the access code doesnt work !

The property was within walking distance to the park, casino and restaurants. Rooms were pretty clean, was some random hairs in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.

Beware !! They charge $20 a night extra for parking, when parking is just on their property. Usually only get charged for parking if the hotel has to use a parking garage or off site parking. It took them 20min just to check us in. Said they were having system issues. Had me swipe my card 3 times, even though it said accepted each time, they stated it did not go through. Was told nothing would be charged until checkout, it was just to have on file. We get in our room finally and decided to check our bank account. We were charged $167 security hold, and for our room twice. The 3 times I swiped my card that the staff said didn’t not go through. After speaking to the staff they acted like it was no big deal and said our money will be returned in 5 to 7 days! There was no management to speak to. We had to wait till the next morning. The next morning we has to find the manager, he advised us we had 2 reservations and said the name the other reservation was under. I advised him that was not us, or our name! Manager stated he will look into it and get back to us. Never heard from him again. At this point we wasted hours of our vacation trying to get our money back, we decided to just try and enjoy our vacation. They did charge us at check in for our room, even though they said it would not be charged until checkout out. Then charged us for someone else’s room, just because our names were similar, and not sure what the other $167 charge was for. We did not get a I’m sorry , we made a mistake and will take care of it. They tried to blame everyone but themselves! Not a discount, free voucher, free parking or meal from their restaurant! We got nothing, but them taking half our vacation money the first 5 min we were there! I would never stay here again. So watch your statements of charges, we heard a few others saying they were over charged! The money I was over charged, we did get back, 5 days later!

The bath tub was not safe as it had a slope down the middle when made slepery when taking a shower. The water was only Luke warm, and the entire hotel needs a make over.

I double booked was charged . I called several times property stated I would be refunded. It’s been 5 days and no refund . I am concerned that I may have to dispute it if payment doesn’t get refunded.
