The room was excellent - first class linens, and great bathroom products. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too - we enjoyed a nice sampling of yogurts, meats and cheeses. We even got to sample several of the cheeses that Brigitte sells in her store. Arcen is a quaint beautiful little town, and La Dominette is right in the center. Wonderful restaurants are within a 50 meter or less walk. This is an outstanding B & B - one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in!!”

  This new, clean one bed apartment can sleep 5 people easily. It had a fully equipped kitchen with full size whirlpool appliances including fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, open floor plan. Kitchen had olive oil, spices and so much more! Even the minor details like laundry detergent and nice smelling dryer papers included. On top of that- Krogers is close by for buying fruits etc.

  The property looked very nice from the outside and also when we came inside. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk because they had to help another guest with their TV. Although we did wait 15 minutes or more for her to come to the desk, check in was piling up. I don't blame her she was okay, not super friendly but not unfriendly either. We got to our room and although it had all the amenities for a longer stay which would have been nice if we were there longer than one night, we would have been miserable there if we had to spend just more than one night. First of all there was a door to a connecting room that would not lock from our end. We were so tired when we got there that my mom flipped the chair over and just put it under the knob... That's when we noticed, a previous guest must be done the same thing as the chair had chipped paint in the spot where the door knob was. The room smelled incredibly bad like animals I suppose they let dogs in the hotel room. It didn't smell like urine or anything it just smelled like dirty dogs that needed a bath. I almost couldnt stand it and I'm not a snob. It was stinky. It over rode any clean smell that may have been on the sheets. A lot of men there from out of town, theey appeared to be there on a current job site

  It was closer to the freeway entrance.

  Didn’t sleep one night due to lots of noise up stairs like banging n thumping .with lots of noise . We just toss n turning all night woke with a huge headache. Wasn’t rested. The beds was to rough & lumpy we would feel the spring and squeaks when u move. Finally went to sleep towards morning but The maid were yelling & talking loudly in the hallways and that woke us up again.
