  Location was amazing. The lady working in the kidz zone was fabulous, talked with us and helped my kiddos out when needed! Price for the location was great! The Gift shop inside had great choices and the employees there were the best!

  The rooms and hallways were stained, beds were not great-lots of stains on mattresses and the bedding, many employees did not know about some of the deals advertised through the hotel, some amenities were advertised but not open (digging for gems), many of the games were not working, restaurants offered food, but was not all made to order and the wraps were slimey.

  Location- but honestly- this hotel is so bad I will stay further away from the airport so that I don’t have to stay in a room that smells like smoke. Bed was comfortable but sheets smelled of cigarette smoke.

  Nearly everything- which is so sad- it could be a great hotel if they could learn how to clean their rooms of the smoke smell. Maybe it’s just Miami- are there a lot of smokers? We have airbnbs and have had to clean our houses of smoke smell with a special cleaning product. You need to just wash all surfaces with it and clean all fabrics. The staff offered us “a free upgrade” which meant snacks in a lounge on the 10th floor (which was nice) but AC was broken and not working well so it was hot in there. We also had difficulty entering the lounge with the key. Also, the shower in our room (923) didn’t work well- half the water went through the tub. They need to address their plumbing issues.
