The place looks somewhat questionable from the outside, as do a few of the guests, but my room had been recently renovated and everything was great. Wonderful value for the money. Plus it's just up the hill from the superb 24-hour diner Round the Clock.

This property is very close to various restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean. This non-smoking room had absolutely zero smoke smells. Excellent channel selection on DirecTV. Quick release on the Non-Smoking room deposit. Very friendly staff.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I enjoyed the fan strength, the ac worked very well and that made me very satisfied. I liked how soft the bed was and the sheets used. I also liked the towels and the soap.

I did not like the visible surveillance cameras in the lobby, it looked very nosy. In my room I did not have a working hair dryer which was a little frustrating. It was also a bit dark in the room, especially the bathroom.

Room was equipped with all basic necessities. The location was good. There is a restaurant on site, opens at 7am for breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 days, there was no house keeping during that time. We had to request the staff to refill the coffee. Parking in the evening was difficult.

Most staff was friendly. Some of the restaurant , marketplace staff weren’t as friendly. I thought the in room soaps and shampoos were not that great. I felt like for the price and the style of the resort I would expect better quality. Also had to ask for our room to be serviced. I didn’t expect our sheets to be washed until we left but I thought they would come in daily to clean, change garbages, stock coffee etc. but I had to ask. The toilet wasn’t working great; I mentioned it upon departure because my husband said he was just fixing it as we were going . The shower we had to ask to be serviced while still there. Also, When we arrived we were sent in the wrong direction of our room twice. Finally the front desk had to take us to the right set of elevators. The food in the marketplace was ok. The yogurt/ fruit cup seemed a little old. I exchanged it for a bagel, which wasn’t that great. The pizza was just ok. I did expect it to be better.

1. They do not come and do room checks for clean room 2. Nun of the Staff Speaks English. 3. They do not give enough supplies (toilettes, towels, tissues, sheets for spare bed). 4. They do not have complimentary breakfast. 5. They Let the Youth be loud and crowd the entrance space, scared my kids. 6. POOL. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. 7. Long Elevater wait time. I wouldnt advice anyone mature to stay at this hotel.

Not what I expected for a Hilton. I do understand, however, that it is undergoing refurbishing. Did not feel that it was worth $160 per night. Was overcharged and I have not yet seen a resolution.
