Excellent location if your visiting capital reef national park. Amazing views of the park and great facilities and room. We used the hot tub and it was very relaxing after a long day of hiking

We got the 2 bedroom apartment for a family visit and found it to.be super tiny. Not recommended if you are more than 3 people The bathroom was clogged and we couldn't use it, had to go.to.the bathhouse The room gathered dust and wasn't cleaned thoroughly

Where to even begin… it’s in a pretty rough area. There were homeless people scattered about and noticed one of them smoking what looked like crack or meth. Walking up the stairs to get to my room there was clothing all over the place.. which isn’t that bad but still kinda bizarre. When I walked into my room the privacy curtain was completely broken and had to jimmy rig it to an also broken curtain rod just so people couldn’t see in. Room was pretty dirty as well. Along with a very lazy paint job. There was no trash can in the room. They didn’t even bother putting toilet paper on the holder in the bathroom. My dog and I just needed a place to crash because we were traveling across the country. I heard yelling and fighting outside my door until late into the night so I didn’t feel very comfortable going out there at night. I’ve never written a bad review before and stay in a lot of hotels. I will probably tell my grandkids about this 40 years from now lol.

There were many things I disliked. Room was dirty and had an old smell. Sheets looked wrinkled and dirty, when I lifted a pillow there were hairs on the sheets. I called front desk and they just said they were going to send someone to change our sheets, I asked if there was a different room we could move to because there was also people smoking pot outside and I was with my toddler, the smell was strong. They said all rooms were booked and unable to accommodate us. I waited over an hour and housekeeping still had not come to change our sheets. Went to talk to front desk he was not helpful, manager couldn’t do anything to help us. Waited another 30 minutes no housekeeping, called again, we waited at least 2+ hours mind you this was around 9pm. AC unit was super loud, shower had mold, old dirty carpets and floor, tv kept freezing. Disappointed even manager couldn’t help us. Valet service was rude, lady scratched my brand new car and the guy when we arrived had no customer service skills. For the amount of money we paid they did not meet our expectations and will never stay here again.
