  The two ladies at the front desk. Crystal, I could have here name wrong, but jasmine whom is the other lady should know. They were great, professional.

  The room we stayed in the third night was horrible. burn Stains on toilet seat, hair on floor in corner of bathroom, and it was awfully dirty. Tried to clean it up with one of their towels, and the room was filthy. Mind you I'm not thinking I would be CHARGED for a towel being dirty when I CLEANED their room with it, smh. Nope when they went to check the room I was told it would be 20 dollars because they wouldn't be able to CLEAN their towel. Now by this point I'm like wth. So I told them since I'm paying for the towel it's mines now and I want it. I don't need the towel but it is the point. You can't wash a dirty towel. I cleaned their dirty room to make myself and my children comfortable and I ultimately was charged for it smh. I will never stay here again because it was ridiculous.

  This was the most disgusting property I’ve ever been at. Unfortunately I couldn’t change the reservation last minute and I paid the price of my decisions. The police raided a room on my floor the last night. Then a dog was barking from around 4am till after 6:30 am and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. They even claimed they checked multiple times and heard nothing when several other guests were yelling at the dog to shut up. There was trash everywhere, dirty socks in the elevator, hair on the toilet. The girl who checked me in had a badly infected new tattoo on her hand and was arguing and hung up on a customer when I was first walking in. There was a room on my floor with a woman’s sanitary pad half under the door and what appeared to be crushed up cereal coming from under the door for the first 30+ hours I was there. So they definitely didn’t sweep the halls during that time. Graffiti was done in the elevator at one point and then removed, but the trash in the elevator stayed the entire time (it was a chocolate treat with Russian text on it, among other trash, that’s why I remembered it) This was genuinely a horrible hotel, I never felt safe or clean the entire time.
