Great value for what we needed. Close to the venue we were in the area for and conveniently located to a lot of shops and restaurants. We came in late and had to leave early, so we didn't see too much of the hotel. It was very clean and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed to get our day started.

This property is always clean and the rooms are nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable and the room layouts are nice.

The price is a little steep, but it is New York so that’s to be expected I guess. They could certainly have larger and more supportive pillows.

location on the beach was excellent. heat worked well and place was clean.

maintenance was terrible. bathroom sink would not drain and not fixed. horrible smell in shower and maintenance person said it could not be fixed while we were staying there. smoke detector ws on top of the dresser not installed above the door. patio door was almost impossible to open and close. both tv remotes did not work . they had to be re booted and reprogrammed by maintenance worker. both twin mattresses were un useable unless i wanted to almost slide on the floor. there was no tv or ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. had trouble getting on internet as password left in condo was wrong

When I Arrived, after calling in advance and informing the hotel directly that I had a late arrival, I was assured that my room would be booked for me once it was cleaned so it would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was told that my room was sold to someone else and that they were full. I was sent to the sister property a few blocks away being told that a room was waiting for me there and after about an hour of waiting, I was told that in fact I would have to stay at a hotel in Oakland as the sister property was Also full., Given that I had a meeting early the next morning back in San Francisco this was a huge inconvenience, I basically ended up with 2 hours sleep that night thanks to the Hilton.

The property was not managed at night time. People sitting in their cars through out the night selling drugs. People yelling in the parking lot throughout the night. People running back and forth past our room. Did not feel safe at this property
