  Reservation went very smoothly, no hidden fees. Reservation was ready when i arrived. Location was great, across from a large mall(Del Norte Mall) with lots of food and shopping options. In addition near Fishermans Wharf.

  Appeared to be newly remodeled. All was bright and clean. Bed comfortable, furnishings were in good shape and there is a full size fridge! Owners very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

  I loved this house. It had peaceful view, a huge oak tree in the side yard that you could sit under and enjoy the fire pit. A hot meal on arrival was a wonderful way to begin my stay.

  On arrival the wifi was not working. This was not foreseeable by the hosts. A malfunction of the router. So, if anyone is to blame it would be the internet provider. But the hosts took immediate action to resolve the issue, including a 90 minute round trip in heavy rain to get the router repaired. It was fixed that night. They went above and beyond good service

  There was a horrible odor in the elevator and on the 4th floor where we stayed. We stayed for 3 nights. I said something to different people at the front desk every day... they all said they didn't notice it and no one else complained (hard to believe). The morning we left when I mentioned it again, the desk person said that it was due to stagnant water on the roof. Great, so we were probably inhaling bacteria and molds for 3 nights!

  When we walked in there was heavy cigarette and weed smoke smell for it being a non-smoking house. We had to go buy air freshener and candles to get rid of the smell. The dryer didn't work so couldn't do any laundry. 2 outta 3 beds were broken and super uncomfortable. No water pressure, only 1 set of sheets per bed, so with the dryer not working, couldn't have clean sheets for our 4 day stay. Only 1 towle and 1 washcloth per person. Only 2 trash bags for the whole house for trash so had to buy more. The grill had a hornet's nest in it and was super dirty and unusable. Not enough seating. Couldn't use the garage to keep my vehicle secure.

  Our room was not well kept. When we got to our room we found some trash lying around, the bathroom light didn’t work half the time and although we were in a non-smoking room there was a strong scent of tobacco and marijuana coming from our room and throughout the hallway.
