  Room was spacious and clean. Self entry was efficient and easy. Breakfast was delicious and loved chatting with staff and other guests. It was a bonus to use the laundry as well. Plus, resident cat Garfield was really cute and affectionate!

  Town was very small so limited dining options but that's not uncommon. Thus, having a delicious and healthy breakfast and snacks during the day was ideal.

  Good location, bed was comfortable, street parking was free during the weekend and only $20 a night at the garage across the street.

  Coffee in lobby was the worst I’ve ever tasted, breakfast in dining room (which was very expensive and not included with the room) was terrible, we asked for extra pillows and they never sent them up, our room was never cleaned, so by the third day we had to call down and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Too expensive for just a bed, which is all you receive.

  We booked this hotel because it advertised both a free airport shuttle and free cruise port shuttle. Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm they had both and we would be able to use both. I also asked about their breakfast since our child has food allergies, they let us know there would be options for him in the breakfast. Upon arriving we were told there would be no more room on a shuttle to the cruise port. Because of this we had to pay $60 on an Uber. There was also no gf option for my son for breakfast. It could be a super easy fix to just have an allergen friendly cereal option. As for the shuttle, they should change the way it was advertised. The staff was super rude when I mentioned it was advertised and said "I should have called ahead to find out". I did, and was told they had shuttle service for all guests.
