  The house was beautiful. The kitchen was a nice size and well furnished. The pool was clean & a bonus point was the firplace as well as an outdoor kitchen area. The location was within walking distance of the private beach which is very nice.

  The owner was very unresponsive to messages. I could not get a response from him which was frustrating so do not expect help with any issues during your stay. The house is big enough for 26 guests but only a total of 9 are allowed access on the private beach from that address so that makes no sense. And we were not told that prior to our stay. So that was a disappointment.

  A perfect stay at Miami Beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful rooms and a No 1 breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the Tiki Bar. A perfect place to spend a few days in Miami Beach.

  It was really nice. You had to share some of the amenities with the Hilton next-door. I did like that they had a 21 and up pool and spa area because we didn’t bring any kids with us so it’s nice to just have adults.

  And my bathtub was full of water and had dirt in it and the room in general didn’t look like the floor had been vacuumed or anything. Other than that it was mostly clean. It definitely could’ve been cleaned better though. They sent two men up to clean the bathroom Which they did, but they didn’t speak any English whatsoever so they didn’t understand what we were asking. And I had asked for someone to bring me a few hangers to hang my dresses on for the evening and no one ever did even though told twice they were going to. Was very musty in the room. But I brought air freshener so I was able to deal with it and open the door and let some fresh air in.

  The breakfast was good. There's a small bottle of welcoming champagne / prosecco. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

  Very short-staffed. For the most of the time, there's no one on the premise. Even though they should be reachable via phone calls, we ended up having to leave voice message, which was addressed the next morning during breakfast. The rooms facing the street (room #1 #2) has A LOT of noise in the morning. The hot tub didn't work for us, we tried everything but couldn't get it to work. Since they are so short staffed, we had of course no one coming to fix us. We booked this place being attracted to the bath tub, but ended up not able to use it at all.
