Very convenient to our destination. Food at breakfast was a good variety and plenty of it. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was clean.

Two females, unfortunately our door was in a back hallway which was midway down the hall, and next to a stairwell that could conceal someone….i know that is an architectural thing, but as law enforcement, I noticed that. We were not frightened, and didn’t ask to change rooms, just were very observant when we returned later in the evening.

How ever staff communication is terrible, this is my second time staying here and this was also the second time the staff was late upon arrival, lastly i paid 80$ for parking in the garage, just to have to pay 36$ a day for public parking?

Was having a medical procedure and asked for an early cleaning at the front desk while I was having the procedure. It was not done as either the front desk failed to communicate to housekeeping or the latter ignored it. When I got back from the procedure I was required to line down for rest of the day so no cleaning could be done. Disappointing.

Breakfast - outside in the POURING rain. No covered seating. Food was luck warm and got wet in pouring rain on way back to apt. Room: Asked for room with view, got parking lot view. Lights were not plugged in. Had to figure out where wall sockets were. Garbage disposal did not work. Value for expensive cost was very low. Dark dingy rooms.
