The pool and hot tub were awesome. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff there was all friendly and helpful. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Our unit was pretty dirty. There were hairs stuck to the dirty floor. Sticky counters and door knobs. Hated time share pressure sales. We should have known better! The trash dumpster was always overflowing.

We were most disappointed that our room was not ready for occupancy at the contractually approved time (4:00 pm). We planned our day based on the 4:00 arrival time. The gentleman with the responsibility of checking us in had no idea when the room would be available. He texted me when the room was available. We lost at least an hour and a half of resort time without an apology, offer to extend our checkout time, or any means of compensation.

I did not like the driveway and think they should make people aware of it so that they will drive a vehicle that can take steep driveway. I didn't like the spider webbs the cleaning people need to do a better job. And I did like that there was a guest in the house with us and not a human, we had to buy traps while we were there. Outside motion light did not work.

Very old and not well maintained in the unit. TV remote batteries were dead; both smoke detectors had been taken down; tiny bag for the kitchen trash can; electric lock did not work; no parking permit available-had to message and request it; the floor had not even been swept, let alone mopped. There was sand and food particles in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Bedding was without a blanket for warmth. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The shower curtain was horrible.

Disgusting (not cleaned see pictures went to the store and picked up cleaning supplies, ask the front desk for a mop to mop our floor was told no mop could be found) no towels wash rags… so I cleaned the floors with our cleaning supplies and a towel …. See pictures below
