  I have stayed with River Bend Inn on several occasions and have always had a pleasant stay. I like the location on the strip and within walking distance to a lot of Great attractions. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

  I have stayed a few times with River Bend Inn and it has always been super clean, on this stay I found many disappointments in the room I had rented, such as a sheet on the bed that had a visible mark that was hard to tell if it was a stain or a dirty spot. It was late in the night when we returned from a day out and the front desk person did not have access to a clean replacement for us until the next day. The handles on all doors and desk drawers, where covered in what seem to be Carmel and I had to wipe them all down. Thick dust covered the hair dryer in the bathroom and other visible surfaces around bottom of T.V, Lamps and bed side tables. Shower drain stopped up half way through my first shower and I was standing ankle deep in water from a backed up hotel drain, I took care of this as it was once again late in the night and I was ready for bed. I loved staying here in the previous years because of the cleanliness of the place but now I am hesitant to return.

  The apartment was large & spacious, and decorated nicely. The property was a very large complex with pool & boardwalk overlooking a preserve.

  It’s across the street from other buildings that are on the beach. We never did walk & find the path to get to the actual beach but drove to another area in our car with all our beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler). Also, there was a problem with the main gate code when we arrived, but it was rectified & we got the correct code. There was still an issue with our front door code…sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn’t.

  Cleanliness, location, and an accommodating staff. They touched based with me several times during our stay and wanted to know if we need anything.

  The coffee maker wasn't working, and the Tuesday morning breakfast wasn't very good. The muffins seemed liked they had been frozen, and it seemed more like a European breakfast than full breakfast. The Wed morning breakfast seem more typical with omelets etc. None of these comments are meant to be showstoppers but rather constructive criticism.

  There was a bug crawling around our room for 2 nights. Not sure if it was a cockroach? Nephew killed it when it came for our food. Also strange people came to motel and tried to get in our pool area. Staff asked them to leave but they continued to roam the motel. Police had to be called in.
