I liked the staff, cleanliness of the room, size of the room, and the comfort of the bed. I also liked the sound deadening…there was a family next door that I could hear from the hallway were very loud. But, could barely hear them in my room.

It as convenient having a restaurant within the hotel. But, I have a gluten allergy and there were no clearly labeled options available to me. We spent $300 to eat elsewhere, I would have preferred to eat where I am staying.

Very clean. Located within walking distance to downtown which is part of Route 66. Railway is located beside property. Large selection of restaurants in the area.

There is no hotel shuttle The town has no public transportation. There however is a taxi service (Williams Taxi and Shuttle) that charges a $50 flat rate no matter the distance even if it is one mile.
