Great stay! Rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds with a variety of pillows. Loved having a good size table and 2 chairs to sit, plus the loveseat, and dual sink area. Breakfast selection was very good and really appreciated that they have real dishes and silverware to use when eating in the dining area OR disposables if you want to take back to your room to eat! The lady working the breakfast area was super friendly and kept it up very well. Would happily stay here again.

Location was great for the two places we planned to go on our trip, breakfast was also great. Next to a gas-station and not very far from a grocers if you need. Parking was good and plenty of space close to our room. Nice location overall with good distance to quite a bit of "to do" areas to visit.

The room felt very damp/wet, and paired with the A/C it was quite difficult to sleep comfortably because of it. also would of been nice to have had the window open longer but there was no screen behind to keep bugs from coming in the room.

Location is great - in Little Italy, close to China town, Soho and Tribeca. Metro stations for 2 different lines within 5-7 mins walk. Room interiors are new and cool. Staff was very nice and helpful, super fast checkin and checkout. Free coffee / tea / filtered water corner in the ground floor.

WiFi required a new login every time I entered the room, which is both annoying and misleading as one might assume being connected. Room balcony was facing the operational inner yard (where the ac engines are etc), but it didn't bother me so much.

The noise above me (like a bowling ball being dropped) several times. Two distinct “dips” in the mattress. The floor was filthy. The handheld shower hand someone else’s soap on it. The shower drain was plugged and flooded the bathroom. It comes down to “you get what you pay for.”

everything is perfect i this place one of my favorite and safe place when we visit here there’s not lost whit this place your paying for confort everything is so clean plus the staff always help in any inconvenience .You have a place to play whit your kids outside ,they offer spaces for work print and even use the computer if you need or a space for relax whit your partner the have a bunch of stuff in the little store if you forget something plus more stuff…..,,
