Breakfast was good and varied each day. The room itself was amazing and had everything you need! Bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up. The in-room desk was perfect for doing some work on my computer. Tv was in a great position to be seen from the couch, desk, and the bed. The little coffee area with a fridge and microwave was perfect. Plus the bathroom was spotless!

The fresh baked cookies and free ice cream treats was a nice touch. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The room was very large. The closeness to the western entry to the park was great.

The mattresses were too soft. Different size pillows on the beds would have been nice. The towels were a bit threadbare. The cost per night was a little over the top. A lot of noise from the room above ours could be heard in our room.

Rooms need updating, mattresses need replacing as does the chair. mold in corners of bathroom. Parking is terrible. We needed handicap spots and they were never available.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Hampton Inn (2057 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX). At around 3:35 AM, my party was suddenly disturbed by a loud knock at the door. A staff member named Angela said she needed to check for a leak. One of my guests was in the shower, and we politely asked her to wait just a couple of minutes. Once she came in, she claimed she might need to return later. Out of concern, I went downstairs to see the damage she mentioned. The entire business center had visible water damage coming from the ceiling near the sprinkler system, which clearly had nothing to do with my room. When I tried to discuss this with the staff, I was met with disrespect and rude behavior. Angela made unnecessary side comments, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected with Wally, the General Manager, who was even more dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for higher-level management information to escalate the issue, Wally chose instead to call the police (who did not even talk to me because it was a waste of emergency services and they felt no need to even investigate) and forcefully end my stay at 4:30 AM. I was left with no choice but to drive an hour to San Antonio in the middle of the night to find another hotel. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable for a Hilton property. I was not only disrespected as a guest but also left stranded without accommodations because of how poorly the staff handled the situation. I would strongly caution others to reconsider staying here until management and customer service are drastically improved
