  I liked that it was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The price we got was very good compared to other hotels. One thing I loved was the free parking already included. It felt super safe and it wasn’t too far from where we spent the day.

  It didn’t bother me too much but the elevator didn’t work one time. We weren’t stuck or anything but for some reason it just wouldn’t go down. Still a great experience overall.

  Was charged an additional $130 over the weekly charge of $864. I contacted the hotel directly and they claimed they didn't see the extra charge. Had to open a dispute with Amex over this and still waiting for a refund

  We requested housecleaning as per hotel policy but it wasn’t done. When we called about it, the response was what kind of housekeeping did we want???? He ended up bringing us some towels but there weren’t any clean glasses? And no offer to provide some when the dishes are done. This was disappointing, especially when the room was as expensive as it was - $800 plus. Also elevator out of order for 24 hours with inly one option on the opposite side of the hotel. Surprised it wasn’t serviced immediately.
