I liked the comfort, cleanliness, and the fact that it had a washer and dryer. We stayed for a week so we used the kitchen well equipped with what we needed. Plus it was close to the airport and the MCRD. Completely Loved It!

Nothing is good about this hotel other than the location. We checked-in to the hotel late at night with our kid. Got the room and we found that only hot burning water is coming in the washroom. We tried to call using the phone device present in the room, but it was not working. Went down to the front desk at 2am but as it was late so no one was present to check on it and we didn't get another room to switch. In the morning someone came to check on it and tried to convince my wife that everything is fine (all you have to continuously doing is flush the before using the water). So basically if someone is taking a bath, one has to ask his partner to sit in the bathroom and keep flushing it like every 2 minutes. My wife questioned this with frustration and asked to switch the room because as per the plumber the problem was not fixable in a day. My wife packed everything and we got a different room where water problems were not present. In the process of re-packing she forgot the 2 big ice packs which we were using to keep baby food cold for our trip. I called immediately after switching the room to get hold of those ice packs for us. Front desk said that they are sending someone to get those from the old room and will hand those over to us in our new room. And that never happened even after following up 4 times in the next four days of our stay. And guess what they gave that room to the guests within a few hours after we left it. With the hot water problem or without it !! (who knows). The elevator problem is definitely there, we skipped our breakfast as it was hard (due to long waits) to take the elevator during rush hours. New room where we switched was also having problems of window shades. Window shades due to malfunctioning were not fully blocking the lights coming from Time Square. And I had to climb over chair to fix those temporarily as our 2 year old was having hard time sleeping in that disco light environment.

Parking issue at first, not familiar with property. No luggage attendants. Not happy about strip hotels charging for parking on top of the high priced resort fee. Made to get out of pool at 5:45. We had just got in the pool, hotel info states it’s open till 7:00.

We stayed there for 4 nights, and only one elevator was working throughout our stay, it was taking long time. People were climbing stairs.once I took stairs from 30th floor. Breakfast was average. My $150 deposit is still not refunded after 5 weeks.Rooms are not enough bright. Air-conditioned was not cooling enough. Had a good shower pressure though.
