Great hotel and very friendly staff. Kristen the front desk lady was very helpful and went out of her way for my family and I. She handled the busy weekend with a smile on her face and was always cleaning whenever we saw her. Hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was hot and excellent variety to choose from. Will be back.

The room was awful, the bathroom light didn't work, there were wires showing in bathroom, the base boards were pulled up, also it had a moldy smell. The overall appearance was dirty. Went to front desk showed me another room, it smelled moldy. Asked for refund. He refunded me. We left, stayed at horizon hotel. This was on the 6 of September. Wednesday, the 10th of September I was charged $75.87, from the hotel, called hotel n he hung up on me. Called back, he stated " I don't know, I explained it was booked under Keith Goff, gave him dates , explained I paid hotel, Lorri Goff, he stated again " I don't know, may take a few days to resolve, in mean time I was charged an overdraft fee, I never expected to be charged again.
