Great hospitality. Free washers/dryers and laundry soap and fabric softener sheets was unexpected but above and beyond what we expected! Front receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

We try to always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we go out of town. This one was clean and the desk staff was wonderful.

They downgraded our room without asking, there was no hand soap in the room, the kids pool water amenities were not working, the breakfast wasn’t very good, and there was still garbage in our room from the previous guests.

Rooms were dated, no kleenex in the bathrooms, walls were thin and hotel was very noisy and noone around to enforce quiet hours, found music blasting from vehicles outside, people drinking and being loud right outside the our door.
