Good cozy place for extended living. Good amenities in kitchen. Nice yard with benches (although it was too hot most of the time). comfy beds. The 2.5 baths well appreciated. Ice and cold water from fridge. Iron and board. Location - everything was less than 10’ away. Quiet neighbourhood. Number key lock was helpful.

Host was not easy to reach. I’m glad we didnt have any emergency but not most responsive. Living room a bit cramped. It could do with one more sofa.

We stayed in #3. It was very comfortable. It is an older property but charm. Very accommodating. The host is very responsive. We stayed 5 days and it was perfect. The extra fans were great. We did not have a dog but another renter did. I think it’s so cool that a pet was an option at booking.

I enjoy scents (perfumes, colognes, etc.) but scent in the lounge was overwhelmingly strong. The specific lot the hotel is on is a little sketchy. Parking is an additional $25 PER CAR PER NIGHT, and the parking lot isn’t gated so anyone can come onto the lot. There was a security car parked in the lot with its patrol lights on, but nobody was in the car. It was also parked closest to the hotel and there seemed to be some potentially suspicious activity in the back of the lot so it felt a bit unsafe to park your car towards the back. Unfortunately, the front of the lot was full, we had to park in the back. Thankfully, our vehicle was unharmed. To justify the cost of the parking, it is necessary to provide a security gate, cameras, and active security staff.

The room wasn’t clean. There was a wash cloth from the previous party above the shower that was still wet. The toilet made noise and shot water up from the commode.
