We checked in and had to request new bedding because there was wet red spots on the white linens. The shower also took forever to warm up and drain. I had to turn the shower off in the middle of rinsing shampoo out of my hair to let it drain because it started to flood the floor. It took 15 minutes to drain!

We got there so late and had no other place to go for the night bc our house almost burned down, and we were displaced for 5 days over the holiday weekend. Otherwise, we would have gone literally anywhere else. 99% sure it was blood stains on the carpet in front of the door, on the curtains, and the chair. We discovered bed bugs the next morning because we slept on top of the covers, the bathroom door would stick and you had to push it open with your shoulder, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down for 15 seconds, the fact that everything was dirty and had a layer of dust on it, dried paper and liquid on the shelves in the fridge, microwave was dirty with food debris, found a long pubic/ beard hair on the clean hand towel. The icing on the cake was the walk space being so narrow between the bed and the desk/chair, there's no space to get around it, so when my 5 year old was sitting in the chair and had his hand on the arm rest, I walked by and bumped it and the chair swiveled and smashed his hand into the desk bc there wasn't clearance between the armrest and the bottom of the desk. I thought I broke his finger. This whole experience was a total nightmare.
