It’s in a great spot. Plenty of good restaurants around and only a short walk to Wintrust Arena. My friends and I agreed that anytime we plan to visit the area, we’ll stay here. Bre at the front desk was great! She greeted us like friends and was very helpful!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the back deck and the fire pit. The owner was happy to light it for us so that we could enjoy the beautiful backyard. The breakfast dining area was also delightful. Would highly recommend.

The pool wasn’t available,first room was dirty and shower curtain rod was broken second room had a bad smell and mold in the cabinets, third room was ok but we had to sleep in separate beds wasn’t happy about that but we took what we could get

Facility: Very old and ill maintained , elevator is very outdated and slow(it feels like it will breakdown any second) Room: -room curtains dont work, Shower Gel empty, AC old and very loud, windows have no isloation (feels like sleeping on the street) -Flooring of the hallway was bumpy and unsteady Key cards didnt work(had to go back to the reception to reactivate) Very disappointing experience and not worth the value for money at all

Computers were down, apparently all night. Staff pivoted well but it seems like Hampton Inn could have a back up plan. Key cards could not be issued so the singular person at front desk had to let all guests in our room(s) and in again if left the room. I had a dog with me so I did go in and out more than once.
