The sofa bed was disgusting food all over the top and underneath the mattress when we went to bed. The suite TV didn’t work and we asked as soon as we checked in told them it didn’t work! No one came out whole 4 day stay to fix it and we told them numerous times! Complained at check out and was told basically oh well nothing we can do!

Location was top because it was near to almost everything we want to go to. :-) Popcorn was a big plus and the welcome drinks as well. Water refilling station and the luggage storage facility during last day is big, big plus!! It would have been perfect, if they had buffet breakfast and a rooftop bar. 🙂 Great staff btw. 👍

Elevators may take awhile before you take your turn to ride, but I guess this is normal for high rise buildings. Also breakfast is not buffet style but you need to order and wait to be served.

Very hospitable staff. We were there celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a bottle of champagne in the room. We also arrived a little early and were allowed to check in immediately. Overall amazing stay. We'll definitely be back!

Jolinda is a wonderful host--very cheery, very welcoming, very accommodating. Her home was a very affordable and friendly place for my daughter and me to stay as we passed through the Syracuse area en route to Toronto.

When we arrived at 2 AM, we got checked into a musty smelling room that had a HUGE Cockroach. Hallways on 2nd floor smelled bad. The Front Desk Staff helped us move to a different room on the 1st floor that smelled clean. Overall hotel looks outdated and can use renovations.

Paying more than $1,000 for a weekend I was disapointed Cleanliness was sub standard. there was hair in the bathroom, absolutely nothing extra like other cabins typically offer. No lighters, no salt or pepper no wood, flashlights didnt work, nothing. 4 towels total!! No lotions or anything in bathroom other than sub par soap & shampoo. Surprised by moldy coffee grounds found in coffee pot. We were disappointed that the hosts literally offer the absolute bare minimum at this location. If we had known we would have been more prepared. Never even heard from hosts other than automated messages of everything not to do during our stay & everything they expected from us before we left...$25 would be charged if we even had a visitor & $75 if they dared to stay the night!! We have stayed at several locations in Broken bow over the years and this one unfortunately did not meet expectations & we dont recommend it. Great location & cute for 2 people but that is really the best things I can say about this " Hidden Gem" :( $$$$$

The vibe is amazing! The valet staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our check-in hosts were truly amazing, kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions as to where to go visit and how to get around. The music memorabilia displayed throughout the hallways are the best hands down! Rich in music history for us music fanatics!! Great rooms with soft, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a nice shower area with a revolving shower head! The pool area is nice and clean, very inviting and at night well lit!
