The room design made me feel like I was home in my bedroom. The rooms and hotel design are not the typical chain hotel design. I felt safe and comfortable. I slept peacefully. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I highly recommend the Casablanca Hotel and definitely plan stay here again.

Great stay! Friendly staff, very clean room and comfy beds, breakfast was good, and the location is very convenient for visiting the Black Hills area. Both days, the breakfast was kept up with and always clean, which is exceptional (most hotels fail on this). Would stay here again next trip through the area!

The only thing I would change is to have a chair in the room (there is nowhere to sit except the bed).

This location is awesome. Beach front rooms the food is fantastic. Been to this hotel 3 times for a get away. You can walk right on to the beach many food locations also close by. The imperial beach pier is also just a short distance walking.

I was in town for a concert booked this room at the last minute I was trying to be close to the venue. At check in the sweet lady informed me that THE DOME was right outside the hotel so I didn’t have to pay for any extra parking!!!

The location is really wonderful with the proximity to the water and the outdoor bar/restaurant. The pool area is very nice and the property is always clean and well maintained.

The continental breakfast could offer a little better quality on the breads - they basically had individually wrapped bagels and waffles to toast (not even regular toast or english muffins). The variety of other choices such as yogurts, oatmeal packets and cereals were nice, but simply offering more fresh breads/muffins versus all the donuts would be a nice addition. The only other thing is the pillows were not very comfortable and the rooms are all still carpeted instead of flooring.

Carpet near ac unit was damp, shower/tub needs a mat as I almost slipped and at check in we were told we could pick up a “to go” breakfast to take on our 4:30am shuttle. When checking out and asked for it we were told “I’m sorry, those aren’t available weekends. Pillows way too hard and uncomfortable for me.
