Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      We were delayed a day because of a missed flight and Dusty accommodated us by shifting our whole three day stay forward by a day with no penalty. She even upgraded our room because of an overlap with another scheduled arrival. The property was exactly as expected and perfectly suited our needs. We are a couple in our senior years. Even though it was up a flight of stairs the steps were shallow and easily navigated. We found everything to be spacious and beautifully appointed.

      Was not there for business or work. Was not there for relaxation or fun! I was there to help my sister who had been in the Baptist hospital for over 5 weeks fighting cancer!

      The price of room was very high for the amount of time I was even in the room. I only needed the room to take showers as I slept in the hospital! I booked and paid for 3 nights 4 days from Saturday through Tuesday but if cked in is at 4pm and ck out is at 11am on Saturday in reality it was only 3 nights 2 days! Which is not right to charge the amount they did!

      Room needs attention. Closet door was broken. A large hole in a wall. Tile falling off the bathroom wall. Mattresses need updated. The breakfast is... ehh, "okay". Not much options for a gluten free diet. I had to stick to hard-boiled eggs and orange juice. Hot tub didn't work..... again.(this is our 2nd stay at the same location and the hot tub didn't work the last time either)
