      They clearly care about how things look here. Well decorated, looks very nice. Added shelves in the bathroom are very convenient. Having coffee in the room, as well as treats, is a very nice touch. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Ellsworth. We checked in and out via text. They sent us a code to open our door. The only surprise was when we got back to our room on the second day, the code didn't work. No worries! I texted them, and immediately got a return text with the new code. Very responsive. Great tv and wifi.

      All the rooms were completely remodeled , every detail thought out! It was beautiful! Full size brand-new appliances in the kitchen, for all the comforts of home! We met Sandy , she gave me a tour of the 2 other room options, amazing staff , beautiful heated saltwater pool that has a depth of 9feet!! Oceanfront and close to the Boardwalk . We finally found our " spot " ! We come 3 times a season , from 3.5-4 hours away..it was relaxing and as good as could be for ax2 night getaway!

      I booked 2 rooms for my family and another family. Both were suites, mines was fine but the other one I booked smelled moldy due to the carpet (a dehumidifier would have done wonders). The bathroom was also moldy. I think all hotel rooms needs to deep clean or stream clean beds, sofas and carpets!

      I left a message on their app asking to extend my stay for 2 more nights and received a reply confirming “yes.” However, when I returned, I found that some of my belongings had been thrown away. They ignored my extension request, and I had to spend another hour checking in again. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
