      The Manager surprised us with some champagne to help celebrate my partner’s birthday. It’s the little things. Parking was phenomenal. Assigned parking for hotel guests so we were not fighting for spots from other tourists. We especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was our favorite part of the day! And the bed mattress was very comfortable We are always scared that we would be given a hard time since we had our service animal but the Staff was very nice to us.

      Stairways needed cleaning, rugs were dirty, and desperate need of repairs. Room could use some upgrading. Cover on fan cracked and broken. Some mold in between tub enclosure. Breakfast eggs were cold everyday for 3 mornings! Scrambled eggs were consistency of mush.

      The location along the river was very nice. Liked that there was a sink, microwave and fridge. Happy there was a bath tub, not just a shower.

      The only table with chairs made access to the deck and closet difficult. Hard to find places for two suitcases to be opened up for use. The deck was very small. The noise from the construction made it undesirable to use the deck. Could not figure out how to use the HVAC system, and there were no directions.
