Location, being beach front. A coffee shop inside the property along with a breakfast restaurant was amazing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as having excellent attitudes. The bed was extremely comfortable and all appliances worked excellently. A parking garage is located right outside the hotel which made parking quick and easy.

I’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and had no issues with my first stay, but on my second stay I had a few problems. The top of the fridge in our room was filthy, and two of our full length towels had prominent black stains when unfolded. Some of our silverware inside the drawers also appeared to be dirty. Pricing appeared to be quite expensive for quality of stay, compared to other hotels in the area.

The balcony view was great. We were close to the pool and there was either a live band or Dj. Complimentary drinks, great breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can’t forget there was a Starbucks in the hotel! I love Starbucks! We could also walk to a lot of great places near the hotel.

Place was just badly in need of some updating. Most of the metallic surfaces were covered in rust. Could not get the jetted tub to turn on even after following instructions given. Some sort of odd stuff oozing from one of the outlets. Other small cosmetic things like the hole in the desk (had been poorly patched, but it cheapened things a bit). None of this would land on housekeeping. And none of it kept us from resting as intended but notable enough to have me questioning the price for this particular suite. Also mentioned nothing to staff, as these weren't quick fixes nor worth moving rooms if that were to have been an option.

As you walk in, there is literally no working AC whatsoever throughout the building as well as the floors, heading to your room. The only AC there was was in the rooms only I asked for room service to help me get more pillows and toiletries for me and my family, but never was taken to my room during the week I had asked about three times during the week for them to do so as well as advise them at the desk myself and still was not taken up to my room whatsoever when I had reached my room, it was completely dirty. The carpet was horrendous. The walls in the bathroom were filled with mold. The toilet was still extremely dirty with old urine stains under the seat and hair in the shower that look like it belong to a female the towels were still extremely dirty and had stains the only proper staff that ever helped me was probably during the day and that was only once in the week of my stay. The Kitchen ✅ net was all right, but the pots and pans were filled with food, residue and old scratch marks, and we’re completely deteriorating as you try washing them in the sink and that sucked. I had to buy my own disinfecting wipes to make sure that the room was completely clean and the remotes were filled with food and gunk, and it was disgusting I find that so terrible because the amount that I had paid for me and my family as well as the amount that they had requested as a deposit don’t get me wrong. It is a great location because it is near the parks, but I was very distraught with my overall stay.
