    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Breakfast options were good. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel was in a convenient location, near a decent amount of places to eat.

      I paid for a King Suite and they gave it away. Ended up getting a Double Queen Room and they were fully booked. When I booked my room a month ago, it said there were 3 King Room's left. So I'm not sure how mine was given to someone else. Still have not been reimbursed for the room downgrade.

      The bed was comfortable. Room was clean, shower was nice.

      We had reserved the room for late arrival. When we arrived close to midnight, we had to go through an automated process. Someone buzzed us into the tiny lobby, but no one was onsite to help us. There was a kiosk with a remote person trying to help us check in via video. The whole process took forever. I have a disability and couldn’t stand for very ling, so we had to bring in a camping chair from the car so I could have a place to sit. We just wanted to check in and go to bed. Their system wasn’t accepting my debit card even though funds were available. It was a very unpleasant experience. The next morning there was no coffee or breakfast.

      This property needs demolished and rebuild, none of the pictures are as to what it actually looks like, we didn’t have hot water our whole trip, blood stains on the tissue box in the bathroom, blood on the light switch, carpets are completely discusting, dirt and garbage under the a/c unit. Beds were not queen size- full at most, whole hotel smelled bad like mold..
