The room was clean and cozy. The bed was also comfy! The breakfast, which is cooked to order, was delicious! I even enjoyed shopping after breakfast with the very talented and kind women who set up shop on the patio selling their beautiful hand woven and beaded wares, while the elder one was weaving a beautiful tapestry! This is the coolest place to stay!

The location was great as far as beach access. A little walk to get to shops, restaurants and stores. Lots of pool options and parking garage were nice to have. Plenty of chairs around the pool and enjoyed the Snack Shack. Breakfast was good.

It was dirty and broken. Our AC unit in the room was covered in mold. The door to the deck wouldn’t close all the way. The door between the bedroom and living area wouldn’t close at all. Dining table was covered in old stickers that were partially peeled off. The bottom of the lamp stand was completely rusted. Spill stains on the walls and baseboards and inside bathroom doors. The was no toilet paper when we first arrived. We requested some but it never came. We had to go down 11 floors to the front desk to get it ourselves.

30 dollars extra a day for parking.. yes for parking.. apart from the room and deposit you still have to pay for parking. Room was excellent but to cough up extra money for parking in their facility is ridiculous..

It was a beautiful hotel right on the water. We asked for an early check in as we were attending a wedding and they were able to accommodate us.

The staff was not very friendly. We were going to have lunch in the restaurant and they seated our group of 5 and we sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came to wait us. We got up and left. The parking garage is not meant for large vehicles. Very limited street parking. It is right by the train tracks so very loud. They do provide earplugs but we didn’t notice them until the next day.

The restaurant was under construction, so they gave us coupons to get food at a coffee shop across the street. While the coffee was good and pastries were okay, I would have liked a sit-down breakfast experience.

Rooms have obviously not been updated in quite a while. Beds and pillows are average comfort at best. Bathroom fixtures very worn and need replacing/update. At the very least, the old soap dishes should be replaced.

Late check in was easy. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Best of all the beds were very comfortable! I have back problems and had no issues sleeping. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful outdoor mall across the street!
