The staff was amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The location was great. The location is within walking distance to the Gateway Arch and park. The breakfast was very good with many choices to choose from. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is actually beautiful! The room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable.

Carmines Steak House that is attached to the hotel is very nice and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. However, be prepared as this is a very pricey restaurant. Coming from out of state we were surprised as we had no idea.

The location and price cannot be beat! This is in the heart of the busy magnificent mile, surrounded by food and shopping. And this hotel offered an affordable stay in a perfect location. Even offering us the option for parking in a paid lot around the corner instead of using the valet if if didn’t want to use the valet.

I know other reviews mentioned the rooms being small, we didn’t mind, the storage in the rooms was amazing. The only thing was the sink was really tiny. Again we didn’t use the room much so it wasn’t a big deal but there wasn’t any counter space for setting anything down anywhere. It was just a sink.

Very clean fully equipped rooms. Loved being able to open windows to hear the waves at night. Comfortable balcony overlooking the water. Close to everything.

No pool. Spotty internet while watching tv. Moisture caused the smoke alarm to go off briefly during the night.

The room had roaches and the air conditioner was loud. The breakfast was not very good. If the guest had no where to go regarding living arrangements, then they should of let the people stay there not tell them to leave.

Pool was out of service, the shower faucet knob fell apart & couldn't use till it was repaired, AC did not work very well, toilet was dirty under the seat, when we tried to call the desk...the room phone was inoperable, the breakfast was cold. We paid $200 a night...it was not worth it. We could have booked much more affordable hotels & didn't because the "Qaulity Inn" had better reviews. I guess reviews are not everything, this place was a dive & should have had a dive price.

No towels hotel didn’t have enough, no shampoo or conditioner and no one to bring us some, no hand soap, forks ran out at breakfast, digital key stopped working and no one at the desk to help. Stained couches.
