We loved the location, it was so close to everything and a beautiful part of town, right next to all the shopping, the 360 experience, and a beautiful church. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was smaller than expected, but very nice, and the water pressure in the shower was FANTASTIC! I really liked this hotel and would absolutely stay again just for the comfy bed and shower pressure.

The only downside that I was not aware of was that we had to pay for parking; it was $56 a night. Luckily, the parking was in a garage, there were plenty of spaces, and it was right across the street, so that made it worth the money. The only downside of the room was that some of the wallpaper was peeling off due to the humidity. There are no ice makers on the floors, but if you want ice, you just have to call the front desk, which was pretty easy.

Great location, within comfortable walking distance of Heavenly Village, Stateline Transit Center, grocery stores, and restaurants. Great price for a one-night stay.

Nothing comes to mind. I just needed a place to sleep for a night.

Our unit (#29) is dreadfully in need of a gut job and complete update and reconfiguration. I could rest my foot to the bathroom doorjamb. And the toilet is tucked into a tiny corner while the toilet paper holder is mounted on the back of the bathroom door since there is no place else to put it. Wash stand is tiny and cheap. glass shelf above the wash stand hits you in the head when you rinse your mouth after brushing. No place to put things. No air conditioning. Kitchen not well equipped. Furniture tired.

There were cigarette Burns on the comforters. There was bugs in the bathtub. There was no Wi-Fi. The cable was very limited and very outdated. The woman there was very nice and friendly and helpful, but the man was very ignorant and yelled at my fiance about a roll of toilet paper, which when we came in a room there was only not even a half on the roll. It's truly unacceptable and I really wouldn't recommend too many people go there to give them their business to pay almost $350 to stay somewhere. There are certain things that should be in a hotel room in 2025 and anybody owning a business like that should learn how to talk to their customers and treat them with the respect that they deserve. I know personally me and my fiance will never be going to back. The way he screamed at her about the toilet paper basically ruined one of our nights and had he done that to me. I might have ended up in jail because again there's just certain things you shouldn't do and you should appreciate the people that's coming to your property thank you and please put this on booking.com so that others can see and be wary of what we had to deal with and can decide for themselves if they want to deal with that

Property was clean and very close to airport

They left me stranded at the airport for almost an hour waiting on the shuttle. It only arrived because the neighboring hotel sent them for their people. When I kept calling the hotel the woman was rude and shirt and refused to check on the shuttle.

It was over $40 for parking and we parked at ourselves because we had our Tesla and didn’t have a key and yet still had to pay $40 even though we didn’t use the valet

Rooms are a little old and worn out. Shutters were broken and there was a musty smell. Also pull out couch was horrible to sleep upon.

Nothing

Never stayed here because the code to the room did not arrive until over an hour after check in, requiring the guest to get a different motel. Could not reach anybody by phone to correct the problem, and the motel had no staff present. My complaint was met with a response from management that it was somehow my fault, and refused to give me a refund.

Nice facility and room. Mattress was great and AC kept temperature perfectly. Curtains were great as they blocked out almost all city lights and they auto closed or opened once I started them. Breakfast buffet had a great frittata, good fruit, perfect croissant, and attentive staff.

Elevator situation is a bit confusing as well as checking in ABOVE rooms instead of below and then selecting the wrong direction when you call the elevator. There was a hair on my made bed as well as in the bathtub. The controls for the shower are confusing. Not being able to pick up my vehicle from the same drop off location was a pain. Location is sketchy but luckily there are plenty of food options inside the hotel or 33 Taps just downstairs that has good food, great service, and online ordering for pickup.
