There was no "lobby" for checking-in. Just a window, as if this was a high-crime area needing protection. It wasn't. So why not having more friendly open lobby and a face-to-face check-in, rather than behind glass and a drawer to pass credit cards, etc. Not nice that way...

Pillows are horrible, but having 3 blown disks in the neck dont help. Low flow shower heads are garbage. YOU NEED AN EXPRESSO MACHINE.

Property is big and conveniently located in Incline Village. Large deck space & grill was nice, carpet and washer/dryers all seemed relatively new and steam shower in master bath was a nice bonus. The partial view of Mt. Rose was great & the whole complex was very quiet.

The property is very dated and it shows. The master bed frame squeaked & headboard wobbled, thin fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed and room smelled slightly of dog pee. Each room had a random selection of chairs, blankets, fans, heaters, etc. stashed away but some rooms didn't have nightstands or hanging rods in the closets. There were dusty and dated knick-knacks all over. The deck had metal lounge chairs but without cushions they weren't really useable. The kitchen had tons of cabinets but a very poor selection of pots, pans, bowls, etc. so it was barely functional for 2 people never mind if all the bedrooms were occupied. There was only a partial lake view, which was disappointing. We were warned about the exterior stairs and they were fine for us but would be very challenging for someone with mobility issues. This seems like someone's inherited family home that they use annually, leave random items in after each stay and aren't going to spend any money or time to improve.
