      Breakfast was basic and very crowded during rush hour - the lifts were an issue during rush hour in the morning for breakfast. But we were on 18th floor so getting down thru stairs was ok. Location was fantastic - right in the middle of times square. Yet the hotel was peaceful. We had a package delivered that got delayed but the front desk helped us and was collected a week after we checked out so that was great service by them.

      Was decent, nothing to complain about specifically. Lifts - but luckily, we weren't much higher up. If you open up the sofa bed, not much space left in the room. The AC noise felt loud but we were tired from a full day of walking everyday so slept well.

      Love this place! Convenient and clean. The staff are pretty nice. We had a vehicle issue and called the roadside assistant. The hotel manager helped us and picked us back from where we were. Great thanks to them!

      this was our first day at La Quinta and it was pretty nice...

      The elevator was not working, which was good and bad. I guess if we had wanted to have a upper room that would’ve been a super inconvenience, but the lower level worked out and no one seemed to be above us.
