Location perfect! staff super friendly. gave us a floor level so we could park directly in front of room. Tub , sink and toilet clean. Towels provided also good condition. appeared clean. Ice bucket provided with disposable plastic bag for clean ice. pet friendly . Did have to give refundable deposit of $50 which was acceptable because we had a 5 lb dog and are responsible pet owners

Room was disgustingly old. non smoking on door but there were burn holes in blankets and sheets room 110. The room smelled of smoke . There was a clean ashtray.. Non smoking? The refrigerator was broke sitting on floor uneven and old , The safety pull over latch on door was missing. the sink although newer counter , sink and faucet . water backed up quickly and did not drain. Had to brush teeth over toilet so could spit dirty water out. The ac loud and just felt air quality in room dirty. Had an adjoining door to next door room, this felt unsecure even though locked. Felt over all unsafe and definitely un clean.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spotless, bathroom is very clean. The bed and pillows are heavenly. The window shade did not go up preventing the view of the mountains. Someone came to repair it immediately.

The lighting in the bathroom is awful. The bright light is over the shower. The dim light is over the sink behind the mirror. That's so wrong! Any woman trying to do her hair or makeup can't do it in that light. I can't imagine a woman coming up with that design plan. It's more suited to a spa. The tv setup is difficult to understand. There should be a manual to help maneuver through the channels.

The location on I-Drive is very close to shops and restaurants. Perfect since you want to escape your room as much as possible

We stayed here two years ago and decided to visit again for our trip this year. After check in and entering the room I was shocked about the state and smell that was present in the room. Having the room in my mind from two years ago and compering to this year’s room was an insane difference. Our view from the only window we had is terrible, and whats worse is that we are unable to open a window !!! So say goodbye to any fresh air to get rid of the damp smell that is coming from the carpet. After sharing our opinions about the room the staff was unable to get us into another room. Very disappointing. Now on to check out day, we asked if it was possible to give us a bit later checkout time since that would be helpful with our flight time. Once again the staff was a disappointment because that would cost us $65!!!! Even after stating we stayed at the damp and smelly room all week they where not able to help or come to any consensus. I really regret booking this hotel again and bringing my family from The Netherlands to this hotel. I will never ever book any RosenInn again. Attched is picture of our amazing view and dirtyness of the room. Enjoy Edit: To make things worse, we seated ourselfs at the pool while waiting for our ride towards the airport. Suddenly the pool is being closed due to incoming weather, happens and I understand thats how it works in Florida. However this amazing hotel doesn’t allow you to actually sit inside at tables and air conditioning instead. They only allow you to sit inside the very small and outdated lobby or outside while they have a complete restaurant room and bar/room with tables and chairs. And just when I thought this couldn’t get any worse of an experience
