Easy access, very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Rayvon , was amazing. Rayvon went above and beyond to help us and accomodate my dad who had had surgery . It rwally makes me smile to thjnk about what a heartwarming stay we had, the surgery was difficult but the staff at Hampton Inn made is feel like we were home

I like a lot that the hotel is beside a Walmart shopping center. 2 minutes to walk. Everything else was fine. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.

The charge per night for such a small room was ridiculously too high. My mixed / blended family felt uncomfortable on the beach and around the hotel. Like people there have never seen a bi-rachial family before.

We were charged over $571 for three nights with dogs. Booking says free pets that is not the case no one could give us an answer on how much the pet fee actually was everyone said something different. There was wallpaper peeling tin the bathrooms our couch had the cushion covers coming off as well is the peep hole was broken out so you could see directly in the room from the hallway.

The bathroom had some mold, the bedding was cheap and uncomfortable, the room had areas that needed deep cleaning, Outlet in room ridiculously overloaded by their plugs. The breakfast room-half the equipment was out of order, Raisin Bran was stale, VERY slim pickings to eat. We would not stay there again.

Very strong and not very pleasant perfume fragrance. Tap water flow in sink in common area was very low pressure. Could not wash dishes there.

I arrived with ankle injury, using crutch. My room was originally on the third floor, the room was not ready, they told me to waiting for one hour. I prefer to eat something in downtown and came back later. The receptionist offered to give me a ground floor room after she saw that I was limping but the ground floor room was almost $100 more expensive. I told her no thank you. When I came back later I got the last room at the end of the corridor on the third floor. Hmmm. I had backpack, little suitcase, crutch, pain....go up on the third floor. NO ELEVATOR!!!! No one offered their help, no one!!! One of the guest on the second floor helped me to carry my suitcase. Big thanks for him!!! Another thing. If guests are taking shower or using the bathroom please tell the cleaning lady/man to step out for a couple of minutes until the guests are done. Dining room is in the basement, another challenge to go there from the third floor with crutch. All these are small things but I hope you pay more attention to guests in the future. I did not think I would arrive on crutches, but unfortunately that is what happened. Thank you so much your understanding! Best, Magdi.
