I bought two mugs from the diner right next store and the ladies at the front desk helped me wrap them up from safe travels. I loved the way I was treated and appreciated at this property! Keep it up waypoint hotel beautiful service by the Friday morning (September 12) staff :)

It was right next to the beach with a beautiful view and proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. The night clerk was very kind and helped us find a good place to eat. The bed was very comfortable.

It was obviously in need of repair and renovation. The interior of the lobby, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were dated and had a somewhat grimy feel. Not that they had not been adequately cleaned, but that they were old and stale. People obviously smoked very near to the lobby area because there was a set-in tobacco odor. The clerk when we checked in was a middle-aged gentleman in glasses and we found him to be short and somewhat rude in how he handled our questions, but it may have been an off day for him.

They do not offer breakfast. It was very clean, and the sheets and towels were also very clean. It had a beautiful tiled shower and floors.

It is an economy hotel, not a luxury hotel. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but for the price I paid, I was very satisfied.

Sheets are covered in stains Rooms not clean It smells horrible * Urnie * Mold * Old trash * Nothings wiped down * Everything’s covered in stains Bugs in the rooms The old trash it’s in the hauls and smells horrible and it’s weeks old There’s crumbs on “new beds” Each room has moldy ceilings Super unfriendly Either nobody answers the phones or there super rude they will answer and hang up All the rooms have things broken We moved rooms and all the rooms shown were all dirty they also made us wait almost 2 days to switch They won’t give refunds The rooms are also covered in gum and trash everywhere especially underneath everything The halls are covered in trash and not clean at all crumbs, trash, dirt. Everything Staying there is so unsanitary I feel it’s been causing me to have extreme migraines Barley knocked on the door js to open it and try to unlatch it for a fire expection no privacy Nobody ever at the front desk Old stale foods at the breakfast Roach traps underneath all furniture 2 Spider in our bathroom as well If I didn’t already say as well stains on EVERYTHING! Towels,bedding, furniture. I was told “it’s all normal” it’s not Wish I look photos
