Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      From the moment I arrived I noticed the well appointed entry, was met at front desk by Lovelie yes that was her name and she was ! I arrived earlier than expected but not a problem, my room was ready ! I travel with a well trained medical service dog "Blue" 🐕‍🦺 he was welcomed nicely . I go up to my suite and opened the door to a very lovely clean room with a spectacular view of ocean , the city, pool and Atlantic Ave. Loved the pool and deelish choices for breakfast and good coffee ! Loved my morning and evening walks with Blue and access to great restaurants and snack options. Shopping and the outdoor market. I am in the Hospitality Business 42 years so I am not easily impressed! But wow well done Opal's Atlantic Suites on the Avenue in Delray Beach !!

      The elevator had creamer on the ground, piles of garbage on the third floor corner next to the elevator, the room we stayed in the refrigerator was leaking and the staff tried coming in to the hotel before the reservation was up at noon

      Staff was polite and nice. The afternoon manager attempted to assist in our first problem.

      TV did not work. No coffee pot. No radio or clock in the room. Opened the microwave and found a dish of smelly rotten food.
