- “So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

  The hotel is in close proximity to a lot of great amenities. My husband and I visited New Orleans for our anniversary. The food at nearby restaurants were delicious. The hotel has three restaurants in it that are appealing and the vibes there is nice. The hotel staff were nice and polite. Though there is no microwave in the room, they quickly accommodated us by bringing one for us to use. The hotel is clean and the ambience was great. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

  The fee for valet parking is a bit much, but there free parking on the street during the weekend. The mini bar located in the rooms is ridiculously expensive. Other than that, great hotel, staff and location. We’ll definitely book them again.

  The shuttle driver was amazing,,as she was also front desk,,it ALWAYS smells so good and has always been clean!! The maintenance man,,who's been there for years,,was EXTREMELY HELPFUL,,I am a disabled senior and he helped me with my luggage and was just sooo nice!! Quite a valuable employee to say the least!! Everyone was extremely friendly but not fake,,and that was awesome!! Thank You Comfort Inn and suites in El Paso by the airport

  I liked the property a lot and the location was fantastic. Very close to Ithaca and to local hiking. The room was large and clean and a room that was remodeled. I wish it had a bath instead of a large shower.

  The smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hall on the 3rd floor. Children running up and down the halls and the rooms had so many doors it looked like an apartment. Also the bed was hard and broken. It's has really shady people hanging out back and the back door was never locked. I will never return to this location again.

  Couch and rolling chair are extremely dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. The room phone was busted... had missing buttons and wasn't working. Next door guests were very loud throughout the entire first night of my stay. Didn't get any sleep. Couldn't report them to the front desk staff because of the phone situation. Air quality in room made it very uncomfortable throughout the night. Air never got cold....just barely below warm. Need to remodel or replace bathtub too
