    - “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

      I got to breakfast early hoping to salvage something from my visit. It consisted of coffee, bagels (no cream cheese), fig newtons, instant oatmeal, and your choice of an apple or orange. Yes, that’s it.

      This should have been a $70 hotel, not $400. First of all, the staff was amazing!!! Lighting was terrible; dark and somber. No vent in bathroom. Toilet seat would not stay up. Could not get the window blinds open. Front desk said they were broke. Looked like poop wiped on the wall exiting the bathroom. Sounded like wind coming through the window at times. No trash can in the bathroom for feminine hygiene products.

      Super thin walls and ceilings, heard every footstep and conversation. Soap & other amenities in annoying dispensers. No daily room service. Refrigerator ran ALL the time. Hotel seemed understaffed. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. No one around and tiny plastic utensils and flimsy paper plates. Nothing to extract waffles from waffle maker except the flimsy and useless plastic utensils and no staff around to fix the issue.

      Location was Perfect for who we were visiting...Pools and Exercise room was Great...The Beds were comfortable.

      Well.. The Air Handler Blower Motor Was Very Noisy when the A/C kicked on... And it would have been nice to inform us either on the Web site or on the Reservation conformation that the 2 Loft beds did not come with Sheets... That way we could have brought some from Home instead of buying 2 sets when we arrived !!!!! $10 a night for each sheet set rental is insane !!!!
