      It is very different than advertised. Our room was in a DIFFERENT building, ugly, outdated, without elevators. The room smelled badly, it was not aired before our stay. Even the door was hard to open with the keys. The concierge gave us some electronic keys and I had no idea we had access with those in the main building to use the gym or the pool. We just felt fooled and we didn't have time to argue, because we staid one night only. It was very expensive this ugly little cabin we slept in!

      I was so nicely surprised how nice this hotel was. From the breakfast, dinner and comfortable very clean room. Staff was phenomenal. My husband and I were visiting from FL will definitely stay here again.

      More fresh fruit and hot meal breakfast options are needed. Melons and cut pineapple are great. A fresh salsa made with tomato, onion, chili, salt and cilantro can be made almost effortlessly with a food processor and add some flavor to the dry and bland scrambled eggs. Please include bacon, not only dried out sausage patties. Also, consider opening earlier on weekend, as is really rough on travellers that have early flights, as we can't eat breakfast on site

      Staff , breakfast, pool looked nice.

      Room was terrible. Asked for a bed not on high risers and got a bed that felt like it was on the floor. Couldn't stand up without being helped. Also there was a nice stain on the top bed cover. We asked for a walk in shower and got a tub. I couldn't get in or out without assistance. Very disappointing. Not like the Hampton Inns I've been in the past.

      Rooms are very old the hair blower has pet hair and dust. Our room never got cleaned during our stay neither did we get towels we had to call and ask for some and were asked to go get them ourselves which is ridiculous. Amenities says breakfast but that’s false advertising all it is some strong coffee and nasty muffins nothing more! Hot tub and pool were disgusting and dirty!
