It was very cute and well maintained on the outside/ it was visually appealing. The AC worked great and so did the showers. The pool was very clean and was heated.

There was very little parking compared to how many rooms there were, and the bathroom door was on a track and if you closed it all the way it would get stuck and or fall off, thankfully it didn’t fall on either me or my partner but I’m glad we were there to help one another when it happened. Along with this, when we arrived the restroom seemed like it had been tended to (fresh towels and a bar of soap) however there was a lot of hair on the floor (neither mine or my partners) and the body was soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty and or wasn’t functioning properly. But the staff was very kind and was willing to clean the bathroom floor for us even though they didn’t have any house keepers present at the time.

The walls were incredibly thin. I could hear every conversation happening outside. The shower was really small and water pressure was low. Plastic was peeling on the mini fridge. Pillows were awful.

Cigarette butts in stairways and all over the floor. No real comforters. Rooms were not as specified. The rooms were actually on different floors and different sides of the building, making it very hard for my pet. Nowhere to walk my animal as the property was going through some type of renovation where there was rocks and dirt everywhere the key system was horrible. I had to go back to the office a minimum of four times because they did not work I got to the office at 8 AM. There wasn’t any coffee And the property owners were walking around like police on the grounds. Flooded toilet and the shower had to be covered with a towel it was that disgusting!
