T=The staff by far was the best part of my stay. Jonathan at the front Desk and the site manager Rachel were nothing short of perfection in their professionalism and courtesy. Those two truly made my stay go from like to love. I would say that those two individuals truly are the sunshine of this location.

I got a Deluxe King Suite and when I arrived and immediately upon entering my room, front and center next to the bed was a USED condom. The room was beautifully cleaned and there was nothing out of place, so I could only assume that it had to be one of the staff members, more than likely a cleaning staff, and when I contacted the front desk about the matter, they took a picture and stated that due to the weekend and the Monday holiday, it would be probably Tuesday before I would be able to speak to the manager or have some sort of resolution. I think they did amazing for the immediate response of having someone come in and redo my room and remove this abomination (lol) but what I think could have been better or what I didn't like is that, after the holiday weekend, I was told that a manager would get back to me and provide some sort of resolution and I haven't heard from the front desk or manager as of yet...and its Thursday.

This rental is very clean and organized, with very nice and simple contemporary post modern design elements. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner/property manager communications were excellent!

Beautifully remodeled rooms with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and nice desk area to work. I appreciated the water pressure in the shower and friendly staff too!

The pool could be a bit cleaner as there were a few leaves from the palm trees above and bugs in it. Had to spend some time cleaning it out.

Called about the air conditioner not working and was placed on hold to be transferred to maintenance. After being transferred to maintenance, someone picked up the phone, heard voices/noise in the background, I say hello and was placed back on hold for approximately 4 minutes. I released the call. No call back or follow up regarding the issue.

Rooms were advertised as having free breakfasts, however, breakfast was only available on Sat/Sun. There weren't any on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Not even a place to get coffee. That seems like false advertising to me. The air conditioning in the room was configured (motion sensors) to shut off when the room was unoccupied. However, when we set the temperature for sleep comfort, the unit would shut off shortly after we went to bed (lack of motion). That made it nearly impossible to sleep. Terrible design! There were other poor designs in the room and bathroom.

Host is very rude. Gets defensive when you criticize their business.. be aware. Honestly, the property is good value if you don’t mind the uncleaniness and unprofessionalism in this place. Pictures uploaded make the place cleaner than it actually is.. but they will blame you to be the dirty one. More cons: -Got mosquito bites while I was asleep -Had to turn the AC up bc property is very hot -Comforter smelled awful.. they use very cheap detergent to clean their sheets and towels. I had to wash my comforter myself in respect of the smell.. but they still blamed me for that. -Shower curtain needs to be replaced. There is mold at the bottom of the shower curtain and it smells awful. If you don’t mind any of these things, then this place is PERFECT for you. Also forget about getting your $100 deposit back that you have to ZELLE them.. which isn’t legal.

The three windows in our room were blocked off with a shade where we could not see outside. It was unsettling and frankly, creepy. Like the window to nowhere from The Shining. Why were they blocked off, and what was on the other side?
