We first got booked into a room with an AC that didn’t work. We told them to come feel the room was unbearable and humid, it took some time before we repeatedly had to keep going up to the front and let them know once again. Finally after some time had passed, they said they could fully refund when that would inconveniently take 7 business days to come back to my card and go elsewhere or go to another room because someone canceled. They gave us a room upstairs where the WiFi on the tv wasn’t working so we had no tv our whole stay. We tried to fix it basically all night and when we asked for WiFi over the phone they said to come downstairs to receive it. Still After all the inconveniences. Lastly on top of the chaos, the quality of the room was poor. The pillows were sad and when we asked to transfer the ones we had already used in the last room they denied and when we had to go down to remind them they gave us one additional pillow. There was mold in bathroom and roaches in the rooms. I want to add that the lady who helped in the front was very pleasant and helpful but just the price we paid for our stay was very disappointing and we couldn’t just go to another hotel considering we were not in our home town and refund wouldn’t be immediate.

Poor bathroom condition requiring maintenance. One of the lights didn’t work intermittently. Ceiling of bathroom was filthy. Bathroom vent was not working. Bathroom sink drain was clogged. Shower head came off when turning on the tap and was just stuck to the pipe. Really bad. Rest of room was ok. Staff at front desk did take all the notes above but this wasn’t really helping us at the end of the day. We checked in late night and most of these issues were discovered the next morning. These issues should have been detected if the rooms were properly inspected time to time.

All front desk staff king & professional except Monty. When asked why hot tub was broken, he replied it has been taken off website-which was a lie. Also the pool was freezing, too which he said hasn't worked all season.
