    - “So welcoming and comfortable from the minute you enter. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room, although on the small side was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was great and the supplies toiletries were lovely. The bed was comfy, and there was a hanging rail for clothes and a hairdryer. The USB charging points by the bed were useful too. The bar / breakfast room is great, the brewery themed decor was really well done. Speaking of the breakfast, it was on par if not better than some I've had in 4 or 5 star hotels. The scrambled eggs were THE BEST I've seen on a buffet - light and fluffy unlike the tasteless, watery offering you often get! The staff at breakfast are so accommodating and helpful, and extremely on the ball with clearing tables. The location is good, the road at the front is busy but we couldn't hear anything from our room. The train station and city centre are a 10-15 minute walk away, I'm sure there are buses but we didn't bother. We had travelled by train and arrived hours before check in time and asked to pop our bags in their secure luggage room, but to our surprise were told our room was ready so we were able to freshen up before heading off to explore. We've stayed in York multiple times over the last 8 years, at least once a year and this is by far my favourite place that we have stayed in. I have paid much more to stay in far inferior hotels! (But please don't put the prices up, we want to come back ;-))”

      This is a great place to spend a long weekend with the family. The house has everything that is needed. Kids enjoyed the game room, and adults enjoyed the backyard. Beds were comfortable. Location is great. I would book the house again later. Thanks.

      Everything For a hilton should've been a lot better Dirty room Bugs visible Staff Beds hard Noisy Confronted front desk About dirtiness/bugs, they couldn't help bc sold out hotel. Which alot of hotels were bc of stuff in town. Was told to contact owner/ manager of hotel on Monday, so this review is made right after check out , so we'll see what the owner says or does.

      On the second night (9 pm) we were asked to move rooms because of a leak from the bathroom leaking to the room below. When asked to the next morning during check out would we be compensated for the unfortunate situation we were told no,because we were giving a choice " which we were not" to stay in the room with no bathroom water or move to another room. We will NOT be staying here ever again it was not that much more to stay somewhere else and we will next time.

      The location to the Cuyahoga Valley National PO ark was excellent. Easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was very good.

      There was long black hairs on the bathroom floor and tub surround. You could hear the occupants above us. The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. Older property shows some west and tear.
