    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      hate that there is no refrigerator in the room. one of the last hotels I stay without one nice stand for suitcase but no light over or near the space so difficult to see for some reason google and apple maps do not take you to hotel even with address

      The rooms we had, once we got them, were clean. Bathrooms worked fine.

      The staff could barely bring themselves to look at us. They were barely polite even. The guy when we checked out didn't even say anything to us. They were not friendly. The initial problem was that we tried to book it on Booking.com and they didn't receive it, even though my phone had confirmations from Booking. That may not be the hotel's fault. I acknowledge. The really Big problem is that when we went to our assigned room, we opened the door and a guy was already lying in bed in there. Front desk guy did apologize, and said someone didn't mark the guy was checked in. Not our fault, and we didn't appreciate it. He did get a new room for us, and things were fine from then on. Not the worst time I've ever had at a hotel, but it was not cool.

      Great location, nice and clean, nice toiletries, comfortable bed.

      Shower handle didn't want to stay on. There were no instructions on the coffee maker and the lid flew up and spewed hot coffee out of the top. I'm glad I wasn't close by. The shower ran out of hot water after 1 short shower and even though there was a cute porch in front of the house, there was no chairs out there, just a picnic table in the dark by the side of the house. I feel that, for the same money I could have booked a hotel with a great view.
