Staff were kind and respectful. The price is affordable. It’s about 1.5 hrs away from Lassen NP, which is acceptable if you don’t mind driving. Price includes breakfast, though I wasn’t able to try it because I had to check-out very early. Complementary toiletries are a plus, too.

My room had a funny smell which I think was coming from the fridge. I also wish there were hand towels provided in addition to the bath towels.

The hotel was recently renovated and everything is very clean, comfortable and efficient. The laundry service area is huge with multiple machines and there is a comfortable room where you can sit and wait while you do wash. The game room is super cool, with free machines to play.

The location is right off the freeway, but is in a somewhat blighted area. They do have a gated property with cameras and staff on site 24/7 so that was reassuring.

Great location and a quite decent price for a large room with a desk area and good sized bathroom. Bedding just ok but the towels were good. Very nice people work at the Cedar Crest, helpful when we had an issue with the TV.

The issue with the TV as mentioned above was a pain. You had to turn it on manually every time and hit some buttons to get it going, couldn't just use the remote when you're laying around in the morning. Also once we turned down the fridge which was freezing our drinks, it started leaking. Furniture could use some updating.

Clean apartment. Very good location. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Assigned parking. Even though I did not cook it seems that all what is needed is available.

Too much of the color brown. Walls wholly or partially covered with wood color brown. Brown carpets everywhere and brown cabinets. It is a little dark and gloomy especially with low watt bulbs.

I booked this hotel because it said free shuttle to airport. When checking in clerk said we could not use the shuttle because we booked room through a third party. In the morning, as we waited for our uber, another employee told us he would have taken us to the airport. We went to the restaurant in the hotel to order food. There was a sign that said dine in only...for room service all the front desk. We walked back to our room, called the front desk only to be told that we had to go to the restaurant to order. After we ordered, we waited 35 minutes like we were told then had to go back to the restaurant to pick up our food. Got back to our room with our food only to realize the hamburger with everything was dry. Made another trip to the restaurant to get ketchup, mayo and mustard.
