- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  The breakfast was good. Also booking.com confirmed my stay for Sunday although I initially reserved it for Saturday. I called the hotel and they fixed it while on the phone. Upon arrival, it was not fixed in the system, but your staff fixed the problem again. Very accommodating. Room was very spacious.

  Not really a bad thing but...My kids had to get used to the barn door style bathroom door that did not lock. Otherwise nothing to dislike about our stay.

  What a brilliant concept. Absolutely everything had been thought out….the height of the beds to include open storage underneath, the bunks with personal windows, the mini kitchen. Plenty of space to move around. Landscaping was lovely and will only improve as the property matures. Free bikes for use.

  Nothing that would deter me from going back, but the skip fans used for cooling and heating (I assume) had a temperature sensor light that was a little obnoxious at night. That being said, they were quiet and almost acted as a night light.

  Great fresh ground organic coffee. Big comfy bed. Great ocean view from balcony. Quiet. Large room. Self check in. Great smart TV ( although too small for the room ) We had 'Captains Watch" room...highly recommend. Great dog friendly gifts and free small bottle of local wine.

  Coffee maker impossible to manage where it is located. Took two people to hold and then fill. Some more thorough deep cleaning would be a good idea. Found some mold around window sills and some sticky stuff on bathroom wall.

  Property is dated, but reasonably well-maintained. Close to the Interstate, but not much else. Good for a one-night stopover, and the price was right. Definitely not luxurious, but adequate and a good value.

  The reason I rating the check-in experience low was not because of your staff but because of an ignorant, mean, disrespectful guest that was arguing (HOLLERING) with the front desk personnel because her family chose to overstay their reservation and check out late (3:00 PM!!!) without notifying the front desk, these guests even accused me and my husband of being a part of their issue and we were there simply to check in?! Your staff remained calm and collected and did everything to de-escalate the situation. When we returned later after an event the staff came an apologized to us for what happened during check-in.
