The free buses in Bar Harbor are great for getting around. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. I could open my window at night to keep the room cool. Very comfortable bed

The elevator system was quite annoying. Having to go to the 70th floor to access reception and switching elevators for the rooms. Breakfast was super expensive for the quality and choice offered. The Spire restaurant at the top was ok, nice views, but expensive for what it is and overrated. The light switches in the room were semi-broken and the shower only had a a rain shower but not a hand held shower which is super helpful when you don't want to get all wet.

Property was run down. Hot tub was out of order. Then kicked my kids out of the pool to fix the hot tub. Remote for tv didn’t work, it only turned the tv on so their solution was to bring another remote that changed Channels while one turned on tv. Waffle mix was way too thick, breakfast was gross and staff was having a hard time keeping up with the guests, they also almost ran out over an hour before serving ended. The room itself was clean and ok and staff was kind, but everything else about this hotel screamed dump. I will never stay here again and am disappointed that I spent money here to begin with.

The property Layout. The Lyft/Uber only pick up from main casino entrance, not the hotel lobby. Our plumbing was really bad the first night, clogged bathtub and sink. Closet has no shelves, and sheets had a big brown stain on them. Property just needs more care and direction

The room was very run down with paint chipping off the ceiling while you showed. Bathroom door could not close all the ways because if it did you couldn’t open it. There was trash in the trash cans when we arrived in the room.

This is our second time staying here. The staff are so sweet! The fresh omelets are made to order and other options are plentiful. I love the location, right on the beach. And across the street is the best BBQ in town! Moses BBQ.
